Tapestry has been shortlisted in two categories at the prestigious Bett Awards, recognising its impact and innovation in education technology.
The Bett Awards celebrate creativity and excellence across the edtech sector, highlighting organisations that are making a meaningful difference in education. This marks the first time Tapestry has entered the awards — achieving recognition in two categories.
Tapestry has been shortlisted for the EYFS Digital Product or Service Award, which recognises outstanding software, content, and support for early years education. The platform is used by thousands of nurseries and early years settings to capture and celebrate children’s learning and development.
It has also been shortlisted for the Assessment, Planning and Progress Monitoring Award, which celebrates innovation in tools that support educators in understanding and responding to children’s progress across all phases of education.
Tapestry’s online learning journal enables educators to build a rich picture of each child’s experiences through observations, reflections, and shared media. Every day, teachers upload thousands of photos, videos, and notes, creating a timeline that supports thoughtful assessment and informed decision-making.
“This is the first time we’ve entered the Bett Awards, so we’re delighted that both of our entries have been shortlisted and recognised independently. We designed Tapestry to celebrate children’s learning and development, and, more than ten years on, we continue to support educators in building strong relationships with children and families in their learning communities.”
Today, Tapestry is used in around 14,000 settings in the UK and internationally, with over 1.2 million parents and carers accessing learning journals to stay connected with their child’s development.
The double shortlist highlights Tapestry’s continued commitment to supporting educators, children, and families through thoughtful, child-centred technology.
