We are The Foundation Stage Forum Limited. We are registered at WaterCourt, 65 High Street, Lewes, BN7 1XG. Google Analytics
This tool collects anonymised data about website traffic and visitor behaviour, such as the pages visited and the time spent on our site. Data may be transferred outside the UK/EU under EU-approved standard contractual clauses.
Pixels
Pipedrive
We use this tool to manage trial requests, giveaways, and marketing preferences. Pipedrive only collects data you, the user, willingly provide i.e. by filling in a form on our website. Pipedrive data is securely stored in AWS data centres within the EEA and complies with GDPR and other data protection standards. If Pipedrive subsequently engage sub-processors outside the EEA, they ensure that their third-party service providers are either certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or signed the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses for data transfers with them.
Klaviyo
Calendly
- Klaviyo is used to manage our mailing lists and marketing communications.
- We use Klaviyo and Fluent Forms (see below) webforms on our website, to capture the information that will be retained in our CRM (Pipedrive), and to record marketing preferences (Klaviyo).
- Klaviyo is a data processor, and we control the data we input into Klaviyo. Klaviyo provides tools for compliance with GDPR, and undergoes annual third-party audits to ensure their internal controls are designed and operating in accordance with industry standards, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Their third-party audit reports can be downloaded directly from their self-service Trust Center.
- Klaviyo’s data is hosted in the US. They are self-certified under the DPF (Data Privacy Framework) and comply with the data privacy principles thereunder. To the extent and for as long as the DPF is acknowledged as a valid transfer mechanism in the relevant country/region, Personal Data originating from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, or otherwise being subject to the GDPR shall be transferred on the basis of the DPF.
This tool allows visitors to book demos with the Tapestry team. Some of the cookies from Calendly are necessary for security or to allow the form to function correctly. Some are statistical or marketing to help us see the number of visits a page gets or to distinguish between human users and bots.

You can change your preference or read more about each cookie by clicking on the black circle in the bottom left corner of your screen and selecting ‘Change your consent’.
