Conservations can be between staff and relatives, or staff and staff, but relatives cannot message other relatives.
In addition, Managers can view all conversations, including those they are not a part of.
As with the other key features on Tapestry you can set ‘User Permissions’, so if you are not ready to get families involved quite yet, you can enable the feature for staff only.
