Phone support
We’re afraid we don’t currently offer phone support.
This is because we are only a small team and although we are efficient and passionate, we can’t support you all over the phone. To offer that, we’d have to hire significantly more customer service people which would mean we’d have to charge quite a bit more for Tapestry.
We know how tight budgets are for schools, settings, and childminders and we don’t want to price people out of having a tool like Tapestry.
We aren’t robots though! If it becomes clear over email that it would be much easier to discuss the issue over the phone we will call you.
