Business Analyst / Product Owner

What we’re looking for
Tapestry is constantly growing as a platform, and that means we need to research and design new features that will provide a great user experience for our users, whether they are parents or staff. You will take a lead role within our product team and take on these key responsibilities:
- Gather and manage high-level and detailed requirements
- Prioritise and scope projects to deliver great features efficiently
- Coordinate with design, test, development, and product teams
- Talk to customers to understand and record their needs
- Manage projects from initial idea to post-launch support
- Make product decisions including solution design
Your first project will involve researching and implementing a new CRM, subscription management and customer service platform. So experience of selecting and integrating third-party systems is a big advantage. The salary range for this role reflects our ability to adapt the role to your skills and experience, and there are opportunities to grow this role in different directions based on your interests and future needs of the company. This role is a hybrid role that requires you to be in the office at least 3 days a week, so you must be in commuting distance of our office.
Essential skills
- Extensive experience of all stages of software delivery projects
- Extensive experience in a business analysis, product owner or similar role
- Excellent understanding of enterprise IT systems
- Demonstrate the attributes required for the role
- Organisation
- Attention to detail
- Communication, written and verbally
- Comfortable talking to a range of internal and external stakeholders
Desirable skills and experience
- Experience of integration of COTS systems, e.g. CRM and marketing systems
- Data analysis
- User interface design
- Project management
- Development Testing
- Experience of education sector
- Enterprise-scale websites and mobile apps
