As a 20+ years in primary school teacher, I had used Tapestry as a Early Years teacher and as a parent. I was disappointed when my school insisted that we drop Tapestry when children entered KS1 so I was delighted to see you are covering KS1 and KS2 now! Due to both my youngest of four children being diagnosed with Autism and just being failed by the mainstream system we advanced on our exciting home education journey. I have tried many different ways of presenting and recording the children's learning but none quite clicked. I have found Tapestry to be a brilliant tool for Home Education and have recommended it to other families. It is particularly useful when trying to record the learning that has taken place for my youngest child who has autism and PDA. He refuses to record any learning and often is perceived as not engaged, but through the process of recording his activities and interests it has surprised even me how much learning he has achieved! I will continue to recommend Tapestry to Home Educating parents and thank you for finding a tool we are all finally happy with.

Tapestry has evolved over the years and in my opinion is the best software package available especially for sessional, term time only settings. The booking and invoice function is brilliant especially breaking down the fees and funded hours. Parents automatically get sent their receipt too.

I'm a childminder and I use the register and invoice sections. They are both amazing and such time saving systems. I have term time, all year round and holiday children on there. The invoice section is so easy, does it all for you, just press a button and send it directly to your parents. I love it, wouldn't use anything else now!

I have started using Tapestry for invoicing at our setting since January 2024 and it has been so useful. I found it easy to set up, and anything I was not sure on, the help guides and tutorials were very helpful. Before using Tapestry I was producing the invoices manually using excel and mail merge. Using Tapestry instead has saved me a lot of time, especially in generating the invoices and sending them to parents. I have even converted someone else over to Tapestry for invoicing!
