Agency in Digital Documentation – a research project
by Jules Mickelburgh on October 5
Continuing research in digital documentation and children’s voice is important in helping to develop early years pedagogies to support the use of software in ways that promote inclusive and child-centred practice. Tapestry is currently working as a project partner with Professor Rosie Flewitt (Manchester Metropolitan University), Dr Kate Cowan (University of Sheffield/UCL), and Melissa Prendergast from Sheringham Nursery School, on research exploring children’s engagement with their online learning journals and their developing metacognition.
This poster was recently shown at the 2022 European Early Childhood Education Research Association (EECERA) conference at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. It explains more about the research project.
