This privacy policy applies to the annual Tapestry survey which is run by Foundation Stage Forum Limited. The policy does not relate to the Tapestry Childhood Education Platform, or any other related websites.
This survey has been created using ‘SurveyMonkey’. They will use cookies and will collect some statistical data, for example your IP address and the type of device and browser you use to answer the survey questions.
If you share your email address at the end of the survey, SurveyMonkey will temporarily store your email address on our behalf. The data will leave Europe as the SurveyMonkey servers are in the US. Please see the SurveyMonkey privacy notice for details and further information about how they secure your data in the SurveyMonkey security statement.
The Foundation Stage Forum will also store a copy of your email address on encrypted devices. This will only be accessed by staff at the Foundation Stage Forum within the UK.
We will use your email address to contact you with the results from the survey and for nothing else. We will not sell your email address and we will not use it for any marketing that you have not separately agreed to.
Once we have sent you the survey results we will delete your email address. We will mark those records for deletion within a month. However, they will remain in the SurveyMonkey system for a further 60 days before they are completely removed.
If you leave comments as part of any of your answers, we may use those comments as part of any reporting we do on the results of the survey. If we do so, that will be done anonymously. We will not name or otherwise identify the commenter.
