Managers can set up as many people as they like with relative or staff accounts.
All parents and carers, and if you like, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and any other family members or special adults in a child’s life can be set up with a Tapestry account for no extra cost.
This means that as well as each adult being able to have separate access, you can stay connected with family members living on the other side of the world!
Every relative connected to a child can add their own observations (notes, pictures, videos, audio files, and documents) and comments and in doing so, help you and the family build a better understanding of the child’s early development and experiences.
The same goes for the staff at your school or setting. There is no limit to the number of staff profiles you have so you can give access to anyone who might need it. You’ll also find that the user permissions section allows you to be very specific about what each staff member is allowed to do – very useful for example if you want to add specialists who only deal with one child, or staff who are still in training.
