Some schools have been issued guidance or standard contracts by their local authority for GDPR compliance. To help those schools, below are notes that explain where to find the relevant clauses in our contract or, if the clauses aren't there, why not.
For those in the UK, you can find out more at The Information Commissioner's Office. For those in other EU countries, there should be an equivalent organisation listed on the European Commission website.

The GDPR applies to us, because we are based in the EU, and all nurseries, schools, childminders, educators, and similar educational organisations who are based in the EU or who store data in Tapestry about people who are in the EU.
We currently treat all our customers equally. If you think this will cause a problem in your country, please let us know.
