Data protection law in the EU (known as the GDPR) mean we need to have a contract with you that lays out how we work together.
We have released a new version of the contract in April 2019. The changes in this are minor. The most important ones are:

The GDPR applies to us, because we are based in the EU, and all nurseries, schools, childminders, educators, and similar educational organisations who are based in the EU or who store data in Tapestry about people who are in the EU.
We currently treat all our customers equally. If you think this will cause a problem in your country, please let us know.
To keep costs down we don't do bespoke contracts, or fill out forms on your behalf. But to help schools that have been issued guidance or standard contracts by their local authority for GDPR compliance. To help those schools, below are notes that explain where to find the relevant clauses in our contract or, if the clauses aren't there, why not.
